History

After the Boot Scoot'n Saloon closed, Scott wanted to maintain a country presence in Ohio. A few years past and he decided to go for it! In January of 2007 he finally began to put things together. One of the first thing he did was contact a good friend, Marcc Nutter, and expressed to him that he wanted to open the largest Country Western Bar in Ohio. He continued on to ask Marcc if he was interested in putting together a band to play. Then the band Caliber was born! Scott continued on his journey, finding the perfect place to open his dream " Mustang Salliz" in the old Streetsboro Bowling lanes.

Scott brought in the construction crew and began work. Scott's main objective was to obtain and atmosphere where a lifetime of memories could be made. He personally attended several weddings for friends that had met at the Boot and gotten married. He continues to state to everyone that knows him that this is something he wishes to experience again.

As construction continued and opening day was growing closer. Scott's excitement grew. He didn't do it all alone, he brought in his right hand man and General Manager Stacy Granger. " Stacy is a valuable asset, and I depend on him for more then he knows" said Scott. "Stacy does more then just the day to day operations of the club, he maintains the look, staff and complete overall existence of the club."

The offical opening date of Mustang Salliz was December 27, 2007, and each week the fun continues. Growing in popularity, it has become what Scott wanted. So far quite a few couples have began a relationship due to their time spent at Mustang Salliz. People making new friends and old friends coming back together.
